Clear and precise video going through service details. Car was returned cleaned. I feel very confident with the works carried out.
The lack of communication is still an issue
Cobham bmw is reliable compared to other branches I have visited. Cobham isn't the closest to me but due to the professionalism and great service, I trust them which is why I choose to visit there. Others bmw branches aren't as good.
I would have been completely satisfied if Coopers had provided a collect and delivery service as they have always done up until now. I hope this will be restored before too long.

Friendly, efficient, helpful but most importantly did what was requested in the timeframe promised.
Arrangements for pick up were a little crazy with little social distancing and a melee of customers around the front door.
If the right software update was done it would have been great

I have been a BMW owner for most of my adult life, I found the passion and enthusiasm of the team at Coopers Cobham mirrored my own.
Very happy but this is the second time my ice scraper has gone missing from my car following return from you guys... it was very inconvenient given the snowy days that followed my service.
The only BMW dealership I would recommend. After years of moving from one place to another I finally feel I found a place that has knowledgeable and professional staff that care about their work. Sales people are kind of sleazy though.

My rating is based on the realities of Covid restrictions, which have clearly and understandably affected the service process. The online check-in is excellent but we missed the usual car clean and contact with us was a problem on this occasion.

I've used a number of BMW dealers over the last thirty years. You're probably the best. Albeit with a car park that needs extra capacity. Your service advisors are very helpful. I dealt with Henry and Kirsty a few times. Both are fantastic.
